Welcome to our new newsletter!

Welcome to my new newsletter! I’ll be playing around with the design a bit but would love to get some feedback on what you’d be interested in reading about here. Are you curious about what’s going on in the harbor? Or just the restaurant? Do you want to know a bit more about what it’s like to be a wooden fisherman statue or do you just like seeing pictures of the food? I know it sounds a bit cheesy, but you guys – our loyal guests – are truly what transforms our would-be empty dining room into a lively, fun environment and for that we thank you.

And speaking of thank yous … this newsletter highlights our appreciation toward mothers by offering kids’ meals free Monday through Thursday from 3 to 8 p.m. during the month of May. Don’t feel like preparing dinner on a weekday night after school and other activities? Let us do the work for you!

Also, it’s still teacher appreciation week and we’ve got a totally cool idea for a present: How about a gift card to your favorite seafood restaurant? Choose any dollar amount you’re comfortable paying, whether it’s $10 to cover dessert and coffee or $20 for a hefty seafood meal. You’ll teacher will appreciate the excuse to eat out.
Give mom a break… kids eat free in May!*

If you’re a parent, you know May can be a busy month. Between spring recitals and little league games – not to mention homework and final projects for school, it’s often difficult to find time to shop for and prepare a decent family meal. In honor of Mother’s Day this month we’re hoping to make life a little easier for families by offering our kids’ meals for free. That’s right, from Monday through Thursday from 3 to 8 p.m. children can order off the kids’ menu at no cost with purchase of an adult meal. Have your seafood-loving fry choose from a varied selection that includes fish tacos or fish and chips or, for more traditional diner fare, the kids’ hotdog or cheeseburger. It’s all here at Princeton Seafood Company. Served fast, fresh and full of nutrition, we’ll take care of the cooking and clean up so you can concentrate on the rest!

Our local salmon season is here! And what better way to celebrate than with some new recipes? In the restaurant we have a new salmon salad served atop a bed of spinach dressed in balsamic and sprinkled with bacon and candied walnuts. We also have a salmon sandwich we serve on a ciabatta roll with optional bacon and aioli sauce.

Rockfish Rustica
Rockfish pieces bathe in a warm white wine sauce along with tomatoes, onions, spinach and bacon — all on top of a grilled piece of sourdough. Rich and savory!
Thanks again for joining in the Princeton Seafood Company experience. Where locals love to eat!
